Description

I was born of the womb of a poisonous man
Beaten and broken and chased from the land
But I rise up above it, high up above it and see
I was hung from a tree made of tongues of the weak
The branches were bones of the liars and thieves
Rise up above it, high up above it and see

Pray to your god, open your heart
Whatever you do, don't be afraid of the dark
Cover your eyes, the devil's inside

One night of the hunter
One day I will get revenge !
One night to remember -
One day it'll all just end!

30SECONDSTOMARS - NIGHTOFTHEHUNTER.

"Fenrir (or Fenris) is a gigantic and terrible
monster in the shape of a wolf. He is the eldest child of
Loki and the giantess Angrboda. The gods learned of a
prophecy which stated that the wolf and his family would
one day be responsible for the destruction of the world.
They caught the wolf and locked him in a cage. "

The mythologies of Loki just fascinate me,
I just started to draw him and Fenrir spontaneously
and ended up doing this painting all night.
It's morning right now, but idk.

Hope you like it!
It portraits Loki banning Fenrir for the final battle!
I'll do more drawings picturing Loki and his children cause afwg

They say parents are the bone upon which children sharpen their teeth. In Loki's case, it might just be literal. With the more humanistic portrayal of Loki from the films, I actually could see him being frightened of his offspring, and not just because they are destined to cause Ragnarok-but also because he see's in them all the negative traits he was so blinded to in himself, and that he effectively abandoned them just as he fee's Odin abandoned him.
